I'm Sunil

I am an Indian chef, specialized in North-Indian and Various Indian Regional Cuisines, as well as in Arabic, Italian and Continental Cuisines.

Since my childhood, I loved food. As a kid who absolutely adored his mother's food, I was always curious about how I could cook something beautiful and tasty just the way she did. This curiosity, morphed into a spark to grow and learn, and soon became my passion.

I have worked with amazing and reputable organizations and personalities like Sanjeev Kapoor's Khana Khazana, The Marco Polo Hotel Dubai(that had an award-winning restaurant : The Bombay) and The Oberoi Hotel Mumbai. I have catered Indian Cuisines for various events like Destination Weddings at Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Lunch for the German President and International Cricket Matches.

I have been involved in preopening of Restaurants, Food Courts, developing the recipes of Indian cuisines, pickles, chutneys, RTE & RTC food, Shahi Thaili Menus for Singapore Airlines. I have been organising Food Festivals, Theme Menus for a variety of Restaurants during my tenure.

When I am not in the kitchen, you can find me listening to slow music and reading a book.
